Hours and Compensation: This contract position will average 10-15 hours per event day, mainly in February 2020. The position requires availability for all training, sound checks/rehearsals in addition to hours worked for the event. Training may be provided by phone or in-person, mainly in January 2020. Compensation based on experience. 

 

Who may be considered: Experience with indoor/outdoor concerts, live musical performances, and stage production. Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a wide variety of people such as team members and volunteers. Great attention to detail, proactive self-starter, able to multi-task with strong ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have access to a computer, email, internet, and reliable transportation. Ability to move/lift stage equipment as needed. 

 

Job Description: The Stage Manager is the chief liaison between the artists, production vendors, the venue, and /or the event producer.  The Stage Manager will work closely with the Talent Coordinator and Backstage/Dressing Room Coordinator. Your job is to make sure the artist(s) arrive on time, load-in, sound/line check, perform the proper amount of time and load out. Ensure smooth coordination of all aspects of the onstage production.

Technical Production Manager

Job Title: Technical Production Manager 

 

Number of Positions Open: 1

 

Hours and Compensation: This contract position will average 10-15 hours per event day, mainly in February 2020. The position requires availability for all training, sound checks/rehearsals in addition to hours worked for the event. Training may be provided by phone or in-person, mainly in January 2020. Compensation based on experience.

 

Who may be considered: Experience with indoor/outdoor concerts, live musical performances, and stage production. Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a wide variety of people such as team members and volunteers. 

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain stage equipment, including but not limited to sound, lighting and audio-visual equipment for live stage and concert performances. Assists AV vendor with show set up and oversees rehearsals/sound checks, assists with set up of AV/sound/lighting equipment as needed, supervises stagehands to include instructing, advising and reviewing setup, knowledgeable in operating AV equipment and lighting control consoles.  Great attention to detail, proactive self-starter, able to multi-task with strong ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have access to a computer, email, internet, and reliable transportation. Ability to move/lift stage equipment as needed. 

 

Job Description: The Technical Production Manager will work directly with the Stage Manager, Production Assistants, and Talent Coordinator to serve as the liaison between the talent or talents’ representatives, production vendors, the venue, and the event producer.  Your job is to ensure smooth coordination of all technical, sound, lighting and AV aspects of the production and responds to request from anyone involved in the production as it pertains to the technical aspects of the live production.

Production Assistant

Job Description: The Production Assistant will work directly with the Technical Production Manager to serve as the liaison between production vendors, AV/Sound/Lighting vendors, the venue, and/or the event producer.  Your job is to support the Technical Production Manager in making sure the production stays on schedule, coordinates the public announcements on behalf of sponsors and ensures smooth coordination of all aspects of the onstage production. The Production Manager will respond to request from anyone involved in the production as it pertains to the technical aspects of the live production.

Talent Coordinator

Job Title: Talent Coordinator 

 

Number of Positions Open:

 

Hours and Compensation: This contract position will average 10-15 hours per event day and 2-4 hours per week as needed leading up to the event date, mainly in February 2020. The position requires availability for all training, sound checks/rehearsals in addition to hours worked for the event. Training may be provided by phone or in-person, mainly in January 2020. Compensation based on experience.

 

Who may be considered: Experience with indoor/outdoor concerts, live musical performances, and stage production. Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a wide variety of people such as team members and volunteers. 

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Scheduling calls, arranging for travel and hotel accommodations, managing itineraries and run of show, compiling expense reports, and maintaining contact information on day of and/or leading up to the event date. Working with the Dressing Room/Backstage Coordinator to assist talent as needed. Great attention to detail, proactive self-starter, able to multi-task with strong ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have access to a computer, email, internet, and reliable transportation. Ability to move/lift stage equipment as needed. 

 

Job Description: The Talent Coordinator will work directly with the Stage Manager and production team to serve as the liaison between the talent or talents’ representatives, production vendors, the venue, and the event producer.  Your job is to support the Stage Manager in making sure the talent/artists arrive on time, load-in, sound/line check, perform the proper amount of time and load out. Ensure smooth coordination of all aspects of the talent’s performance and responds to request from anyone involved in the production as it pertains to talent.
